Let's face it, people don't buy home espresso machines to enjoy espresso, enjoying espresso is the happy accidental by product of their expensive purchase. Why they really buy expensive Italian espresso machines to sit on their expensive Italian marble worktops is... so they can make sweet foamy cappuccinos like they get in their local café.
NEVER GONNA HAPPEN !
But why not, is the equipment wrong?, did they not spend enough hard earned cash? or did they throw away the instructions with the packaging?
Let's hope none of the above and we hope our second workshop on Saturday 9th July will give you all the chance to expand your knowledge and take you another step along the route to coffee nirvana.
